1. Use of Our Website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes to browse, learn about, and order our products. Unauthorized use of our website, including copying, distributing, or modifying content, is prohibited.
2. Products and Orders
All products sold on Korean Beauty Vibes are authentic and directly imported from South Korea. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that all details are 100% accurate at all times. Orders are processed via our Facebook page.
3. Payment
Customers can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or make an advance payment to complete their order. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price for your products and any applicable delivery charges.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver products across Bangladesh using popular courier services. Standard delivery charges apply for orders up to 0.5 kg: 80 BDT within Dhaka city and 160 BDT outside Dhaka. Standard delivery times are 48 hours within Dhaka and 72 hours outside Dhaka. Delivery times may vary depending on location and stock availability. Korean Beauty Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Returns and Refunds
We strive for customer satisfaction. Customers can request a refund during delivery via the courier service if the product is damaged or incorrect. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion. We do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Korean Beauty Vibes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Korean Beauty Vibes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where prohibited by law.
